The FORNO CAPRIASCA 30” CONVENTION OVEN boasts a 4.32 cubic feet oven capacity, with dimensions optimized for your cooking needs. The oven interior features telescopic stainless steel racks, a thermostat, regulator, and safety valves, as well as adjustable stainless steel legs. The range is equipped with a night light with red LED automatic magic eyes, illuminated zinc knobs, and heavy-duty cast iron grates.

For added convenience, the LP kit is included, and the fuel type can be easily converted to natural gas. The range features five Italian Defendi brass burners with varied BTU outputs. The convection oven ensures rapid heating with a powerful convection fan.

This stainless steel range is designed for professional use, with metal knobs, a black enameled finish, and stainless steel door handle. The oven boasts a large capacity of 4.32 cu. ft., with a broil infrared top and a bottom U tube auto-ignition.

Included with the range are a complete rotisserie kit, concave wok ring, and three telescopic stainless steel oven racks. The range is backed by a 2-year warranty and is ETL-listed.
